PE film machine is used for blowing HDPE, LDPE, which has been widely used for producing laminating film, packing film, agricultural covering film, bags or film for textile and clothing, and other packing materials. The main motor adopts frequency control of motor speed to improve the speed regulating the stability of the main motor and saving electricity power by 30%. The screw and material barrel adopt 38 CrMoAl alloy steel which has been nitrogen treated, and the traction frame adopts inverter controlling. No matter what size the film is, big or small, the PE film machine can achieve the best effect of cooling.

How we know your machinery quality ?

Firstly, welcome to visit our workshop for inspecting our company.
For general model machinery, we can send enough information about the machine to make sure you well understand the quality of us
For customized machine, the design paper can be supplied and similar machine information can be supplied also.
For some model machine, sample can be made on your material sample

How to install machine in our workshop ?

Firstly, you need worker or operator who have the experience to operate similar machine
Most our machine is easily to install, simple operate can start the machine.
The whole operation manual is availabele, and the operation video is available also, and guide on line is available too.
For some complicated machine, engineer come to your place is possible(it is charged)

What about the delivery time ?

For general model of the machine, about 30 working days
For special customized machine, will be longer.

Can you tell us the whole transaction process? What do we need to do to start the transaction?

a).we agree the machinery detail request.
b).You pay 30% deposit, then we start the machinery productioin.
c).when we finished machine production, we will test the machine, the test video will be sent, or you can visit us to inspect the machine quality
d).If no question of the finished machinery, we will pack the machine.
e).Balance Paying before package sending out.
